Who is Glo?
That’s me. Short for Gloria — and yes, I answer to both.
I’ve been navigating the virtual landscape for over 15 years with a background in Information Technology, Network Security, SEO, Digital Media, Web and Logo Design, and digital media training. I didn’t learn this in one classroom — I built it through decades of hands-on experience and a genuine obsession with how technology and creativity work together.
I’ve worked with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, and held a VP of IT and Marketing position at a mergers and acquisitions firm before walking away to do what I actually love — building digital strategies and helping businesses show up consistently across every platform they touch.
Today I bring that experience to you as a Certified SEO Strategist, Certified AI Consultant, and Certified Business Coach. One roof. All the pieces.
What does 411 mean?
Before Google. Before Siri. There was good ol’ POTS — Plain Old Telephone Service. When you needed information and didn’t have a phone book handy, you dialed 411 and got connected to a real person in the “Information Department.” It worked. Every time.
411 eventually became the shorthand people used when they wanted the real deal on something — Hey, what’s the 411 on that? Straight talk. No fluff. Just the information you actually need. That’s still the assignment.
What is Glo411?
Over time, with all my experience and skills stacked up, it just made sense — like peanut butter and chocolate. Glo411 became my nickname and #Glo411 became my calling card. It’s the promise behind everything I do: give you the information, the strategy, and the tools to actually move your business forward — without the overwhelm, the jargon, or the runaround.
One more thing about Glo…
When I’m not building digital strategies or geeking out over AI tools, I’m in full dog mom mode with my German Shepherds and husband. I’m also the admin of Loyal Shepherds — an online community for GSD and Malinois enthusiasts who take their dogs just as seriously as I take my clients.
Same energy, honestly. Both require patience, consistency, and knowing when to lead and when to listen.
I don’t do anything halfway. Whether it’s a content strategy, a community, or raising a working breed — I’m all in. That’s the way I roll.
